Clients are responsible for submitting complete, updated, legible, and organized documents. Contracts that are incomplete, unreadable, corrupted, artificially merged, outdated, or missing relevant attachments may be rejected, returned, or excluded from the analysis until corrected.
Delivery timelines begin only after we receive documents in a complete, accessible, and usable format. Standard delivery for initial setup is up to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement or proposal.
All recommendations, reports, benchmarks, estimates, and alerts are intended to support internal business decisions. The client remains solely responsible for deciding whether to renew, cancel, negotiate, sign, amend, or terminate any contract.
In case of any conflict between this website and the signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will prevail.
