Your documents may be processed through secure tools, software, cloud storage, automation systems, artificial intelligence tools, or trusted service providers that help us deliver the service efficiently. When we use third-party tools or providers, we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it confidential.
For Setup Only, contract documents are removed from our active systems within 15 days after delivery of the final report, unless limited retention is necessary for legal, tax, accounting, payment, security, dispute, backup, or rights-defense purposes.
For Setup + Monthly, your documents remain in our active systems while your plan is active, so we can monitor deadlines, maintain your contract calendar, and prepare ongoing reports. After cancellation, contract documents are removed from our active systems within 15 days, subject to limited legal, tax, security, dispute, or backup retention.
We may retain final reports, invoices, payment records, delivery confirmations, signed agreements, and essential service logs for administrative and compliance purposes.
We may also use aggregated or anonymized information to improve our internal methods, benchmarks, and service quality — but never in a way that identifies your company, suppliers, contracts, or pricing.
Your contracts stay yours. Our role is to keep them organized, visible, and easier to manage.
