All purchases from Renewal Ops Desk are subject to the terms below. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
Setup Only is a one-time service. Once payment is confirmed and the onboarding form has been submitted, the engagement is considered active and the analysis process begins.
No refunds will be issued after the onboarding form is submitted or after the delivery of any partial or complete report, whichever occurs first.
If payment is confirmed but no onboarding form has been submitted within 7 calendar days, the client may request a cancellation and receive a full refund by contacting us through the official communication channel. After this window, no refund will be issued regardless of submission status.
Contracts submitted after the initial onboarding submission are not guaranteed to be included in the same Setup Only review. Including additional contracts may require a new order or additional fee, at our discretion.
For Setup + Monthly, the setup fee is non-refundable once the onboarding form has been submitted. The monthly fee is non-refundable for any period already billed. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a credit or refund for the current billing period.
Monthly Packs are add-on contract slots valid for the current billing month only. They do not carry over to the following month and are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Expansion Pack credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are exclusively available while the monthly subscription is active. Upon plan cancellation, downgrade, or any lapse in subscription, unused credits are extinguished with no compensation.
Annual plans are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable after the onboarding form is submitted. If a client cancels an annual plan mid-term, the subscription remains active until the end of the annual period.
Clients who purchased a Setup Only plan may upgrade to Setup + Monthly at no additional setup cost within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the final report. After this window, the full setup fee applies.
Clients who cancel a Setup + Monthly subscription and wish to resume the service later will be charged the full setup fee applicable at the time of reactivation.
If Renewal Ops Desk is unable to deliver the contracted service due to reasons within our control, we will offer a pro-rata credit or partial refund for the undelivered portion, at our sole discretion. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete, unreadable, or missing client documents.
